I’m chemical engineer and I’ve worked in Spanish and English simultaneously. Spanish is my mother language and my university studies were performed in Spanish as well.
My skills in English language are excellent. I worked in a finnish engineering company, where the main communication language was in English. My tasks included writing technical documents in english for customers in Finland, China and UK. I was in charge of the communication between the main office in Finland and the hispanic customers in Mexico and Argentina. Also I was responsible for the translation of the company’s website to Spanish.
I can translate English-Spanish documents, especially when they are related to the industrial sector. I’ve used highly technical terminology related for example to clean technologies, sustainability, production, biotechnology, chemistry and so on.
I’m not familiar with the IT sector, which means I don’t know coding, programming and other IT terminology. But I know machinery vocabulary about reactors, engines, pumps, etc.
