I am a freelance Latvian<->English<->Russian<->Latvian translator with more than 25 years experience of translations.
Since 1996 in addition to my basic job at out of duty time I have been rendering regular services of translation, interpreting and editing/proofreading in Latvian-English-Russian languages. I have experience in translation and editing of very different types of texts, including medicine, pharmaceuticals, medical appliances, travel, tourism, culture, art, legal, accountancy, technical (including user manuals for home appliances etc.) and scientific texts, IT etc. Experience in translation of EU texts. I render my services to different governmental institutions, local and foreign companies and translation agencies, private persons. From June 26, 2000 till July 14, 2000 and from July 9, 2001 till July 29, 2001 I have substituted the translator of the State Chancellery of Latvia.
